My roommates and I were having trouble with our cable box and needed someone to come out and fix it. We scheduled 8 appointments (each time waiting around for 4 hours for them to not show up). When we would call to complain, not only would we wait on hold for about a half an hour, but comcast would give us some lie as to what happened. For example, they told us they had the wrong phone number on the account, but yet they called to confirm the appointment on the correct number, and never showed. They also told us that someone came out and fixed the problem from the outside, which also didn't happen. AND, they told us one time that someone came in and we had the cords set up wrong, but that wasn't the problem AND that didn't happen. So after all that, we decided to cancel the cable television, but keep the internet. A few days later our internet stops working, and they say they need to send out a technician. Yet again, no one shows up. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS COMPANY! They are not worth the hassle.
