Steve was a professional tech. An excellent trouble shooter. Went out of his way to make sure all facets of the heat pump were in sink. I gladly bought the maintenance plan. I will be requesting Steve on allmy condos. Tom Bushong more

I would highly recommend that you find another heating company before you attempt to take your business to Worthington Air in Worthington, Ohio. I had a heating issue on a cold night. I had dealings with Worthington Air at an office building in the past, so I called them first. The tech that called me back, a Justin, was courteous, but told me that they couldn’t perform the service that night due to the two techs having already left for the day that had the tools for oil furnaces. Being someone that works all day, as does my wife, I asked Justin if I could get service after six on the next day. He said “absolutely, we just can’t do it tonight”. Rather than call someone else, we sucked it up and lived with a cold house that night, rather than try to get someone else out. I should have called someone else. At 8 AM the next morning, I got a call from Worthington Air. They informed me that they would only work on an Oil Furnace that they installed. I tried to talk to their service manager, a “Bobby”, but they refused to fix my furnace, regardless of the commitment that their tech made. \r more

John M. was very thorough, courteous and professional. During his furnace check, he provided an update on our aging furnace and suggested we start planning for its eventual replacement. But for now, everything is working. He replaced a part on our humidifier and explained how to use the system. He also installed a new filter (which we already had) and answered some questions about our thermostat. John M. went the ""extra mile"" and I will request him in the future. more

Chad arrived on time for the summer air conditioner tune up. He found a leak in the coolant, checked it out, and was able to fix in quickly. He recommended an upgrade in the service plan to save money, which I did. Very good service, Chad was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. more

Jamie Thompson is professional, personable, dedicated and hardworking. It had been probably a year or two since he had last been at our house, but he remembered being there and was very friendly to us and our dogs. He adjusted our furnace and worked hard to make sure all the zones were working properly and everything was working perfectedly. Jamie is excellent...but that's normal service for columbus Worthington air. more

Ian was wonderful- we were having quite a bad time b/c furnace stopped working and it got COLD- he was knowledgeable, professional,efficient and so nice! We were very happy to get such excellent customer service. The 2 gentlemen who installed the furnace were equally good- thanks to the whole crew ! I highly recommend CWA! more
