Columbus City Center- kinda lacking 4/16/2006

I love the mall. But I have to say that this mall really isn't what it's cracked up to be. I would expect more from a mall in a major metropolitan city- well, this isn't Los Angeles, but still. This is downtown Columbus we're talking about! When I first came to Columbus, this was the only mall that had the Disney store in it- which I love. Problem is that to get to the Disney store, you had to go to THIS mall, and that means having to pay $1 parking fee. Which, for as little as this particular mall has to offer IMHO, is so not worth it. more

Keep looking 4/5/2006

Anyone in the area already knows this, but this mall is dead. I guess this is a warning for tourists looking for good shopping, don’t bother here. You have a better chance at getting mugged then finding a good shopping location. The mall was great when it opened, but do to mismanagement and rising rent costs, a majority of stores have left the mall and remain only in the suburbs. Try Easton, Polaris or Tuttle for a good mall experience. more
