Friendly, purely, great customer service 2/28/2008

I was for business in the states. We had a trip from Portland to Seattle on Saturday. For a breakfast we inserted an intermediate stop in Kalama. We got a great breakfast from a very friendly service. From here (Germany) the best wishes to the Columbia Inn Restaurant. Oh, incidentally I just enjoy my coffee from the cup of ""Columbia Inn Restaurant"" - and I remember to that nice spot ;-) Pros: friendly service, good food more

Slow, slow, slow 10/9/2006

We stopped on our way to Seattle about 10:45am. The area we were seated in was fairly busy. By the time our food finally arrived no one else was in that area. The food was only warm. It took so long for the waitress to check back that we finally grabbed a water pitcher out of the waitress area to refill our own waters. The waitress then showed up & made a satirical comment about ""serve yourself"". There was no checking on the meals. No ticket - we went up to the cashier when we wanted to leave. The location & food used to keep us coming here in the past - No More. We'll be finding a new place to eat. Pros: Easy to get to from I-5 Cons: Bad service more
