Recently, I had a number of repairs done at the same service appointment. I had the oil changed, the side door motor replaced and the door put back on track, all windshield wiper...

Worst

Not your typical Hyundai dealership which are generally very professional and extremely customer service oriented. This dealership is very unprofessional -- more like a "garage".

Great Dealership! 1/7/2014

I purchased my 2011 Hyundai SantaFe from Columbia Hyundai and I'm very happy with my car and the level of service that I receive from them. My salesman, Jeff Weiss, made sure that I got all of the options I wanted AND knew how to use them before I left the dealership. All of the dealership associates are friendly and helpful. Every interaction with the dealership has been a pleasant one. I'm going to purchase another Hyundai and it will definitely be from Columbia Hyundai! more

I have a Hyundai and a Mazda. No comparison from the service and cost that they charged at the Mazda dealership. Hyundai is far better and cost effective. more

Chuck Elliott is the reason this experience was not dreadfull....This was a warranty on the blower fan replacement and within 24 hours from start to finish he was on top of my problem. more

The Service Department is HORRIBLE 7/25/2013

There probably aren't enough spaces to type all of my displeasures. I would not recommend having your car serviced there. I have had two bad experiences and I will not be going back. Since purchasing the car almost 2 years ago, I have had all my routine maintanence done there so the records would be maintained in one place. Not anymore, who cares! more
