We own two Hyundai's. Both have been in for service. One was for an oil change and we wanted them to fix a rear corner panel that has been loose since we bought it. They claimed a clip snapped when we hit a curb. First, I am 54 years old and have never owned a car that had a clip break for a body part from hitting a curb that didn't scrap the paint off. I don't remember hitting a curb and if that can happen, that is some shoddy workmanship putting it together. The other car wouldn't start so I had it towed. When I backed it out for the tow truck, it started much to my surprise. When they got it, they said a light was left on and the battery went dead. Last I checked, unless you are driving a standard, (this car isn't) and get a good start, cars don't start with dead batteries. I had forgotten to have them check the tire light while they had it, so they didn't. I would have when I worked on cars. I gave them a two instead of a one because their sales team is friendly and I couldn't give them a zero. Two points for the sales team.
