Horrible experience. On December 6, 2012 I purchased two eyeliner brushes and a chocolate brown crème eye shadow from Colour U in Lithonia, GA. I took the two brushes with me that day but I did not take the eye shadow. I was told that it was not in stock and that it would be ordered for me. I was then told that I would receive a call when it was ready for pickup. As of today, July 9, 2013, I have never received a call or my eye shadow. I visited Colour U several times and also called to check my order. Each time I spoke to someone new who knew nothing about my purchase. All of their responses were “we are currently sold out” or “we don’t have any of this information” or “come back Friday, we should have some in our new shipment”. \r
After 7 months of trying to receive my purchase, I’m calling it quits. No customer deserves to order a product, pay for it, and never receive it. This type of business is what I would call “unethical”. Perhaps Colour U should consider a better ordering system, one that keeps track of a customer’s order from the purchase of the item to the delivery of the item. \r
