I was in the other night and the chef was trying out a new dish, Filet with Grilled Lobster. I have no ideas what he marinated it in, but that is what was so good. It was full flavored wtih a zodiac of flavors (sweet, tangy and delicious).\r

I will go again and again, especially if they start serving it on the menu.
