The staff at Colonial West Chevrolet is absolutely amazing and they all make you feel so welcomed while you are there. Ivy helped my boyfriend and I get a car quick and easy at the price we wanted all while we were having a truck serviced through them! We cant thank Jeff and Ivy enough for finding us the car we wanted at the price we wanted, not to mention how pain free the process was. Ivy made the process enjoyable for us and went out of her way to make us feel ""at home"" while we were there. The service department did a great job on our truck (as always) and the finance department got everything squared away for us!! My experience at Colonial West has changed my feelings on car buying. Usually the whole process is so stressful but not here. Ivy Shomphy was my Sales Associate, and i couldn't get the car i had wanted from the begining for my own reasons, but found me a car i actually like better! Her Customer service was top notch. A few months ago my husband and I went to Colonial West in ftchburg where we had previously purchased a chevy cruze to trade up to a bigger car. The sales associate Ivy Shompie and the finance dept along with GM. went over and beyond to get me into a car not only that i could afford but that i so love. They understood exactly what we needed and made sure we got what we wanted without being pushy. It's not often you can find a sales associate that gives space to think things through. I was referred to Colonial West by my uncle who had already purchased several cars there. He told me he called and that Ivy would be taking care of me. When I got there, I didn't know exactly what I wanted, but I knew what I liked about certain cars. Ivy had me drive numerous vehicles, even offering to get another vehicle transferred over so that I could drive it. After 2 more trips there, I finally purchased the car that Ivy recommended all along. She worked with me to help me find a new car that was a perfect fit for me and she did a phenomenal job. She worked to get the cost down to something I could afford and payments I could manage. She was patient, kind, and never pushy as some sales people are. My second trip there I also worked with Benny, and it was with him that I finally signed all the paperwork to take my car. He also went above and beyond to be sure that I was happy and that my car was perfect before I drove away. I love my new Captiva and it is a perfect fit for me!
