superior experience at Colonial toyota 10/30/2011

I had a superior experience at Colonial toyota recently, I purchased a used 2010 camry. My credit is a little shaky but Colonial was able to work everything out. The finance manager helped me get my payments setup and explained everything and did really well. There was a minor problem with the interior lights. I sent my car to the service center and Greg hooked it up. This is my second vehicle from Colonial Toyota! more

Truly a No Hassle Experience 6/29/2011

I am always amazed at the depth of Michaels knowledge about Toyota cars. Not only can he assist in locating the right vehicle for you, but he adds those intangible bits that may be a deciding factor. There are a lot of things to consider when purchasing a car beyond the simple aesthetics. Staff at Colonial know all of those little tidbits of information, making them an invaluable resource. 5 stars for having the car I thought was nonexistent 5/22/2011

I have been searching everywhere for a brand new Corolla, but I have not been able to find any in the color I wanted, so I was just about to give up but I inquired Colonial Toyota and to my amazement they had the car of my dreams. I was so stoked I immediately ran down there and right when I pulled I saw the car and hallelujah this is fate I was meant to have this car! I met with the guy I e-mailed and he hooked me up with some accessories for the car after I got out of finance. The whole process was pleasant and not stressful as I expected. I can safely recommend Colonial Toyota as an excellent Toyota dealer. more

If you're looking for a world class Toyota Dealer, look no further. Sales team at Colonial Toyota was great to work with and definitely went that extra mile to take my trade-in for the price I was hoping. Tony was careful to bring the right used car appraiser to look at my car and with that the sales process was speedy. After experiencing some issues with my bank, they were on the ball in keeping communications open and following through. If you're going to buy, you'd be crazy not to use Colonial Toyota. more

Customer Oriented and Fair 3/29/2011

I'm not a big fan of buying big ticket items especially since I just finished graduate school - loans have drowned me in debt. That still didn't stop the Universe from taking my car away in the recent traffic incident. Now I'm in a pickle and need a new car, a safer car. When I decided to stop by Colonial Toyota after my father's recommendation, I didn't expect to ask for help and walk out with a purchase on the first try! But the sales staff was great and really made me sure about the new Corolla, I even got a great payment plan I can afford. I have to say this place has good salesmen and great deals!\r more

exceptional staff, pleasant experience 1/31/2011

I had some issues with a Toyota dealership in my area, but I love Toyotas so much that I am willing to travel a bit to find the perfect Corolla! I was really happy to find Colonial Toyota after looking through some internet ads and reviews and this palce seemed to be a good one. I’m glad I went with my instincts , Jay was so nice and he actually cared about what I wanted, not what he wanted to sell. I narrowed it down to a few Corolla cars but the one I really wanted didn’t have a sun roof L but I know I could always put one in later. The salesman even offered me to find the same car with a sun roof, but I’ve been waiting too long to buy a new car, I just couldn’t wait, but it was really nice of him to consider it. Now, I am happily in love with my new car, I don’t even think I want to put a sun roof in it anymore it’s just too perfect! Five stars for Colonial Toyota more

Five Star Customer Service 1/1/2011

I e-mailed a lot of dealerships for pricing for the Prius III I got the best and quickest response back from Colonial Toyota so that's 2 stars right there. Then when I came in for my appointment, they offered me refreshments and time to look at all their Prius by myself, another star for relaxation. When I chose the right one, the Iternet salesman was immediately available to adress all my questions and concerns, 1 more star for his good service skills. Finally, my 5th star for them would have to be because I truly appreciate their customer service, I've never been treated as nicely, even in my own home. more

I recommend this dealership if you want a respectful experie 12/29/2010

Our salesman was Sean, and he was good. I told him what we were looking to spend and he showed us only the cars that were in our price range without making us feel like dirt. He didn't try to talk us into buying a more expensive car and when I saw the Yaris I wanted, he immediately searched his inventory for one that I can actually afford. He detailed the car for us and I must say I am so pleased with my purchase and very impressed with their service. more

No Hassle Buying Experience 12/27/2010

When my bf and I decided to get our first ever new car! we did a kinds of research online and agreed that a Prius would be the best for our lfiestyle! It was exactly what we needed: fuel efficient, comfortable, and we could plug our Droid into the aux. We were very knowledgeble when going to Colonial Toyota and assumed we'd get a know-it-salesman. but, we got a very nice man, who let us explore the car on our own, and responded to our questions and concerns. Ofcourse, I wanted to take that car home asap, so finance even stayed a little later to make sure we were taken care of. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Highly recommend for people who don't need the B.S. more

I recommend this dealership for good service 12/26/2010

The weather hasn't been all that kind to me. I hydro-planed and totaled my car over the holiday season while visiting my family. Fortunately, my dad took me to the nearby Toyota dealership and found that the Tundra had much better features than my Nissan truck. During the test drive, I noticed the same puddle of water where my previous car met its end, but the car drove through it like no probkem. The sales experience gets a 5 stars because of their professionalism and kind courtesy, we did not feel any pressure or false re-assurance. I'm very confident and feel much safer in my new car. more

Great Service Department and Staff 10/6/2010

Associates were friendly just love the shuttle service at Colonial Toyota offered and provided while my Toyota was being serviced! I am also involved with customer service so I know what it feels like. Its best to put excellent front line people because those are the first people you meet when you enter . I had a very long wait because of the recall service that was being performed on my vehicle. So I just relaxed in the waiting area and watched TV. Toyota staff made sure I was comfortable and also made sure I had all the refreshments that I needed. more

Colonial Toyota is the place to buy 5/29/2010

There is a dealership closer to my home, but I like Colonial Toyota. I may go the extra miles anyway. On the whole, I felt like a received a fair price and one where we did not have to haggle. I appreciated that a lot. I knew my ""stuff"" and they knew theirs. My only disappointment was that Toyota did not provide me with a fair offer on my trade-in. Part of buying a car is often being able to trade in your old one. Toyota's offer to me was below blue book, after some research on how much it would cost to fix my car up - I reluctantly agreed and am now a proud owner of the 2010 Camry, overall was an excellent experience. more

Overall a satisfied customer 4/30/2010

I had been looking for a Prius that fit my needs, and I had gone to this dealership as well as a few others also very friendly, but I felt as if they were being nice and saying what I wanted to hear as opposed to the truth. Chris was very honest and upfront about everything. He did not try to sell me additional features, or try and get me to spend money on things I did not need because he knew I was clear about what I wanted and did not want. There was no bargaining involved since I got my Prius as a ""manager's special,"" so I did not feel as if I was being hassled. Even after my car was purchased, Chris helped me understand some features that I was not clear on. Overall experience was good and quick. more

THE PEOPLE I WORKED WITH IN PURCHASING MY PICKUP WERE VARY PROFESSIONAL AND TOOK THE STRESS OUT OF MY PURCHASE. THIS IS THE SECOND NEW VEHICLE I PURCHASE THERE. THEY MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AND AT EASE DURING THE PROCESS. NOTHING BUT FIRST CLASS TREATMENT. more

It's always a pleasure to do business here. The people employed in the service area are truly remarkable. They treated my mom & I like they had known us for a long time. They were friendly, courteous, accommodating and efficient. Even though I had not requested a ""loan"" vehicle, they promptly gave me one when I said I had a few errands to run.We especially appreciate their scheduling and prompt service since we live 50 miles away! Pros: fast service and friendly staff Cons: no complaints more

Great staff and equally great service during my purchase. I was very impressed with my salesperson as well as the management staff. Very personable and easy to work with. I didn't realize that the entire buying process would be so easy, so sophisticated, and such a great experience. It was a true pleasure. My husband and I feel right at home; comfortable and welcomed. It was as if we were buying a car from an old friend. We started looking late on a Saturday afternoon and never once did they seem that they were anxious to leave for the day. We took our time making our decision and they were happy to answer any questions we had. We never felt rushed. We made the decision to purchase that day in part because they were so great to work with and offered us a great deal. When the day came to pick up my car, I was too excited to wait until my 6:00 P.M. appointment. I called in and told them I would be 3 hours early. Without sweat, they had everything ready and I drove away with a huge smile on my face. I definitely look forward to working with them again in the future. Pros: Fast and Efficient more
