I have had Colonial managing my property for at least 12 years. My experience with Patty and her staff has overall been outstanding. Being in the military and geographically seperated from my rental property could be very difficult to manage if I did not have the trusted services that Colonial has to offer. I am pleased and will continue to work with them in the future.\r more

I have two properties listed with Colonial and I could not be happier. They take a personal interest in me as a client and have gone out of their way to keep my properties in good repair and rented over the last 6 years. I can't express the value just in terms of peace of mind during my several deployments. If I'm ever fortunate enough to own more property in the area, every home will be managed by Colonial Property Management.\r more

We have been with Colonial for almost 18 years and have had mostly good experiences with the company and the tenants selected. A few small issues were usually corrected quickly, and we would recommend this company (and we HAVE recommended to many central TX friends) to anyone looking to rent their home. more

I look forward to returning 7/12/2011

I just wanted to take another moment to say thank you for taking care of my property while the military continues to move me from place to place. For the past nine months, I've been deployed to Iraq. Although, it's been a very difficult deployment, knowing that your staff is doing a great job taking care of my property, is one less thing to stress over. Well, I look forward to returning to Baumholder, Germany in the next 3 months or so. more

They do a truly professional job 7/7/2011

Colonial Property Management has managed my property since 1991. They have been very responsive to all aspects of the management of the property. It has never been empty for a period of time long enough to cause me to pay rent out of pocket. Patsy and her staff have treated the property as if it was one they personally owned. Any required repairs have been accomplished in a timely manner and they have ensured that the yard has been kept up during periods of extreme weather conditions in Harker Heights. I would strongly recommend them as Property managers to anyone who has property in the Killeen / Harker Heights area. more
