Worst

I have brought the vehicle in for many fixes to the turbo and it is always an issue to get just a free oil change for my inconvenience and use of my vacation time away from work.

We had an excellent experience, our sales man was recomended to us by our Son and he was a very nice and friendly man. It also helped that our son was there to deal with the car make sure it was washed and helped the salesman out with getting our keys and it was his day off. He ended up buying a car too. I'm sorry I can't remember the salesmands name but he even came home to us with papers that needed to be sign. more

Chris made me feel at ease 3/22/2011

I had a unique situation. My car had over 100,000 miles on it and I still owed 13,500! Chris, the other sales staff and the management did not judge me! I was so nervous - Chris made me feel at ease and made the car buying process painless for me! It was a great experience! I will never go to another dealership! Thanks so much!!! more
