Editorial review from Citysearch 10/2/2013

The company that manages this place just merged with another company and of course there was a screw up of the rent charges this month. How did they handle it, I received a rent termination letter because my payment was late because it appears their system dropped my auto-payment. This came after receiving a phone call at 8pm the previous by an office employee who explained how they had screwed up and had not up loaded any of the rents.\r AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. They're incompetent. more

Way too expensive 1/24/2007

We were very disappointed in these apartments. Don't let looks deceive you, they look nice, but they aren't. We moved in and were overrun with black widows, so I couldn't let my kids play outside, the people in the office said that someone came and sprayed every Friday, I never saw anyone. We can rent a 3 or 4 bedroom house with a huge yard for less than we pay for a small 2 bedroom apartment. There are tons of dogs, nobody picks up after them. There is no parking, and the parking spot you do have is so tiny - good luck if you have a large vehicle. We made the mistake of signing a year lease and cannot wait to get out! AND they make you pay the water and trash. Personally, I have never lived in an apartment that makes you pay water (which by the way, is due along with your rent, so figure on rent being at least $60 more than they say). Don't let them reel you in, this place is terrible! I can't wait to pay less for a house twice this size! more

Huge Dogs, Loud Mufflers, Smelly Trash bins. High SRP and Water Bills 10/26/2006

This place is sooooooooo expensive. They get you in with their specials and then they say the market for apartments is in demand and they can charge anything they want and trsut me they do! Over $760 for a teeny tiny one bedroom plus $80 Srp, $50 water etc. etc. Dont' get sucked in. The ladies are snotty in the office too. Cons: Huge Dogs, Over 3 pets per unit, NO free spaces more

Lots of Barking and crappy cars not moving. 10/18/2006

No open parking! Many dogs and cats! People don't clean up after their pets! The staff is rude and is hardly ever there. Once they get you in a lease you find out the SRP and Water, Sewer, Trash bills are huge. I am leaving, never to return. Oh yea, the pools are tiny. Cons: One computer in their so called computer center. 3 dogs allowed per apt. NOISY more

High Rent/Huge Utility Bills/Huge Water and Sewer 9/29/2006

Not only is the rent high but once you get your SRP bill and your water, sewer and trash bill your rent will go up another $150 or so. They may give you a good deal to get you in there but you won't want to stay. Lot college kids, small pools with beer bottles all over on weekends and they allow 3 dogs per apartment. Lots of messes all over the grounds. Yuck! Cons: Very Costly more

Expensive and Dirty 9/19/2006

Lots of dog pooh all over. Very expense SRP bills and water bills added on to the rent. Crappy cars all over with flats etc. Management does nothing about your complaints. Once your lease is up these raise your rent and tell you it's because everyone's going condo. Cons: Everything more

Worst Complex in Mesa 9/16/2006

Huge dogs with huge messes. Lots of partys. Pools are very small. No parking and they let cars with flats stay in the spots forever. Polce there occasionally for fights in apartments. Staff is rude and does not care. Computer room is only open a few hours on weekends. Would definitely not recommend. Dogs barking too! All the time! Cons: Huge Dogs, dog messes all over, no free spaces more

High Priced/To many Pets 6/3/2006

They are now leasing to anyone so we have a lot of young kids who party and could care less about their beer bottles etc. The large dogs they allow leave their messes all over the grounds and the dumpsters are a mess. Cons: High Priced, Rude Staff, Noisy more

i love this place 4/16/2006

i just moved in here this weekend and I love it so much. it's so quiet. it's in a perfect location, not too far from work, but not in the noisy city! the apartments are HUGE, and not too expensive. They all pets of ALL sizes up to THREE. I have yet to find another apartment that even compares to this one. they have 2 pools, open 24 hours a day, a 24 hour fitness center, and also a spa/hottub area. The private balconies on every apartment are so great. I love sitting out there at night and looking at the stars. Pros: The private balcony, the size of the apt, they allow 3 big pets Cons: Utilities not include, no other cons, no other cons more
