I took My ATV (09 Polaris Sportsman 500) in after it caught on fire for no reason. They took from the middle of Nov 2010 untill the end of Feb. 2011 to get it fixed.It was not major damage. In all that time (over 3 months) I never got as much as one phone call from them to tell me what was going on. When I would call or go by there the owner would act like it was my fault because I had reported it to Polaris and to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.\r
All I can say is it was THE WORST service experience in my entire life. I recommend if you have warranty work or any service work for that matter you find another dealer to take it to.
