My personal experience with Colley Ford was very positive. The customer service was impeccable from the time I entered the showroom to the delivery of my 2009 Ford F-150. Carl (General Manager) really listened to my needs and delivered the truck exactly with the specifications I was looking for and for the right price. Thank you Carl! more

Well, just bought a 2011 F150 FX4. And the process was painless as always. Colley offered me very fair trade in value for my 2008 FX4 and Ford had some great rates for financing.\r \r The reason I am posting an update is cause I just got back from the second service on the truck... they walked me through the multipoint inspection and what I should expect when I bring it in for the next scheduled maintenance. It really instilled confidence in the quality of work they do. more

We have been loyal customers of Colley Ford since 1993. Their work ethics, quality of work and world class customer service has been consistent which is the reason we keep on coming back for more than 20 years. We leased 1 car and purchased 6 brand new ones within the 20 years that we have been part of the Colley Ford Family. John Leyva and his awesome team has been taking good care of us (and our cars). We are hoping to keep on coming for many many more years. more

Had a trouble free experience- not an easy thing to do these days. Dave was great, he answered the phone and helped me the whole way. didn't realize that he was the General Sales Manager, but that is a big deal (I was told). Helped me find the car I wanted, worked out a great price, and the financing rate that Dan got me was better than my credit union. So far I have had the car for a week now. No problems with it, and they have called me several times to make sure I am happy. Its great to find that customer service isn't dead. Love the looks of my new fusion and I feel good about my buying experience with Colley Ford. more

I had a wonderful experience at Colley Ford. I had mechanical issues with my Ford Edge and after talking with John in the service Dept. I knew my vehicle would be taken care of. My vehicle was out of warranty and John talked to a District Manager to see if Ford could help me with the issue. I was surprised and delighted when he called me and told me that they would fix the car no charge. This is the second car I purchased at Colley Ford and there service has been excellent . Thanks to John in the service Dept. I'm a happy and content customer. more

so I had been shopping around for awhile searching for a car because mine had been in an accident I originally wanted a kia serrento so I went to the kia dealer in covina well let me just say I wanted t shop around a bit more . my husband heard that the dealership next door had a Chevy Tahoe for sale and yet they couldn't tell me if they ever had the car. so I decided to go to the Ford dealer and to my surprise Lou the salesman had just taken in a kia Borrego that morning which was my # 2 choice in cars . Lou and Jim helped us get my fantastic car for less money than kia in covina it had less mileage and was a ex instead of a lx . they were very speedy and attentive andworked with my busy schedule my next car will definitely be bought here again thanks Lou and Jim I'm enjoying my New ride!! more

I was skeptical about having my 2011 Ford Ranger serviced here based on all the bad reviews on Yelp. However, my experience was excellent, I had an oil change and tire rotation. I came during the week and I was in and out in no time. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I'm giving Five Stars and I plan to return. more
