Collex Collision Experts

I took my Ford Escape to Collex on Merriman because they advertised a free rental if your service is over a thousand dollars. My estimate was purposely low-balled by 200$ so that my rental was not covered! When I arrived to pick up my vehicle (after I returned the rental car I paid for out of my own pocket) I received the actual itemized receipt, it was over the required amount. That type of dishonest behavior from the front office, discolored the quality work the guys in the shop did on my Escape. The replaced panel, paint job and detailing was flawless, but practice of low-balling estimates was tasteless. If the company doesn't want to pay for the rentals, don't advertise it!! Stand on the quality of work and let that be enough, do not lie to the customers to get them in the door and then insult our intelligence by playing with the figures. more

I took my car to Collex of Livonia last week and was quite impressed with the cleanliness of the store. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I thought it was going to take weeks to get my car back, but they had it back to me in DAYS!! I will definitely tell my family and friends about the service I received :) Pros: Clean, Fast, and Friendly Cons: None!! more
