I agree with Kelly.. I signed my son up for private tutoring, but after their preliminary 'assessment' - the tutoring did not fit our need - but they will not give me my prepaid...

I agree with Kelly.. I signed my son up for private tutoring, but after their preliminary 'assessment' - the tutoring did not fit our need - but they will not give me my prepaid money back. How did you get your money back ? Owner seems to have no sense of right or wrong. Hung up on me and my husband. I would not trust my child with someone with such questionable ethics. more

Do not recommend 9/9/2007

Signed up for test prep private tutoring. The tutor did not know what services were agreed. Tutor advised if we needed tutoring for English/Math would need to find a tutor on our own. Company took prepaid tutor hours the next day. Took several months for refund after disputing charges and reporting.\r \r Would not recommend. more
