Colima Mexican Restaurant Best shredded beef enchiladas in town. I usually purchase the 2 item combo. Very reasonably priced and a ton of food (it is my lunch for the next day too!). The salsa is a little spicy for my "white" pallette, but if you squeeze a couple of lemon wedges over the chips you will be in for a treat. more
