Bait & Switch Seller 4/23/2012

Been looking at purchasing a 2012 Can Am Spyder RT Limited for the last month. At the beginning of April, I went into the Woodbridge store and requested a quote. The salesman took my information and said he would call me or email with the quote. After waiting three weeks, I called back and spoke to another salesman who promised me a quote. I get left a message today with an 'out the door' quote and to come to go over the numbers. When I go into the store and presented the written quote, it's $1K over what the salesman quoted over the phone. When purchasing a $30K vehicle, I'm only going to buy for dealers I can trust and they lost mine completely. After reading the PLANTED reviews here on this site (3 reviews exactly the same in 3 months by 3 different posters), I'm more than happy to look to purchase elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE!! more

Amazing experience 4/4/2011

I have an amazing experience each and everytime I visit the Woodbridge store. James 'Big Man' Wells is one of the most helpful and knowledgable people I know. Every single time I have gone to the store, I always stop at the sales tower to say hi to James. James is the greatest asset to the company and if he were to ever leave, I would start ordering everything online. The rest of the folks there are helpful but none so much as Mr. Wells more

What a great crew 3/31/2011

What a great crew you have! I brought a Honda mower to Coleman in Woodbridge that we purchased over the internet and that wasn't working right. The guys who handle the mowers immediately diagnosed the problem and gave us great advice on the options available to resolve it. We returned the defective mower to Home Depot and in the same day went home with an identical model at a great price and after a thorough function check. Made us wish we'd started at Coleman in the first place. Just an outstanding connection with customers and outstanding service. Looking forward to a long lasting relationship. Great salesman 3/30/2011

My family and I decided to take a road trip to Coleman Power Sports in Woodbridge, VA to check out a motorcycle I have had my eye on for a period of time... We walked in to meet Shwan whom I have spoken to over the phone a few times prior to our visit. What a warm welcome he offered to all of us! He directed me to the bike I have been waiting to see and gave me a ""tour"" of the bike. I was then introduced to James (Biggy), another great salesman! They both have made the purchase of my dream bike exceptional. What a great crew you have there, including Spider who gave us some great tips on motorcyles, the finance dept., etc. We would not hesitate to make the drive out there again to make another purchase in the future! Thanks Shwan and James for the follow up call upon my purchase of the Big Dog! You are a great team and appreciate you both! Five Stars, high fives, and many thanks!!! more

Love this place 3/23/2011

They're friendly, I've come to trust their advice and they have come down on prices for me a couple times. Woodbridge also seems to have a bigger selection of parts than any others I've found in NOVA and although they are the furthest store from where I live, I always get my parts there because they almost always have them in stock. more

Great selection 3/18/2011

This is the only place in the northern VA area that I've found with a decent selection of motorcycle gear. So just based on that, I'd give them 4 stars. I found a rain suit that I needed and some other gear too. They do sell Sidi boots. They have all types of jackets and suits, including dual sport. They don't have a lot of MX gear though. They have some bags to choose from also.I did not buy a bike here and have not dealt with their service department , but it did seem like they had a pretty good amount of bikes to choose from. I saw the new KLR650 right in the front window, so I was happy to see that. They have Kawis and Ducs here. Not sure of the other brands. more

One Happy Customer 3/4/2011

I bought a 2009 Suzuki Boulevard. It was delivered to my house the next day. Barry was my salesman. He also delivered the bike. Went over the bike/controls and gave me the key. Smooth as silk. I wanted to let you know that he was great. Straight up - no BS - no nonsense - he did everything he said he was going to do and more. Barry - don't change - and keep up the good work - it DOES make a difference. more

George and the rest of the mechanicw in the shop did great work. They kept me informed and their suggestions were key. I appreciate them and the service they do for Coleman Power Sports. I will continue to use their services and I'm sure I'll be purchasing another bike in the near future. more

spyder is a valuable asset to CPS he fitted me with a jacket,helmet and gloves which fit perfectly he knows his product and communicates well. more

Thrilled at the level of service 1/27/2011

I haven't been back to Coleman in over 5 years. I was thrilled at the level of service the staff provided. My bike was missing an owner's man. and extra key, they made the key on the spot and my manual within a week. They worked with me to do my own financing, and the GSXR1000 is unbelievable. I've told my riding buddies, if you haven't been Coleman in Woodbridge for a while give them a try. more

I want to thank the Coleman Power Sports store for working with me and providing me great deals on parts and accessories. They are competitive with online prices and it is the only reason I go to the Woodbridge store. We bought two motorcycles and continue to upgrade / accessorize our bikes. The place to go 1/12/2011

I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years now. I just wanted to let you know that the guys at your Woodbridge Service Department just did a bunch of work on my bike and it is running very very well. It had been awhile since I had the bike serviced and it was not running at optimum performance when I brought it in. This morning when I came to pick the bike up I noticed a difference in performance right away just by pulling the throttle. Terrence and Marty always take very good care of me when I need work done. I would appreciate you giving the guys as a whole a big thank you for me for getting my bike running so tight and I look forward to doing business with you in the future. I will be suggesting to my many rider friends that Coleman is the place to go for future service. Thanks again. more

Awesome - Great customer service 1/7/2011

My husband and I decided we wanted to purchase a Honda Reflex. We visited your Fall Church store first and saw a Suzuki Burgman 400 and we were hooked. It was a beauty. Your sellman Ricco was very helpful and gave us great customer service. When we were ready to buy we went to your Woodbridge store, only because it was closer. We received an excellent deal! Your sellsman James was awesome. We got the deal we wanted and more. Customer service was great. Thanks for the good deal and for having the bike I wanted at the price I am sure no one could beat. You guys really treated us well. more

Very knowledgeable staff 1/5/2011

I bought my first bike at Coleman's Power Sports after being recommended by a friend. I had little knowledge on motorcyles and was unsure what would best fit me. Within minutes of arriving to their Woodbridge, VA store, the staff was eager to answer all my questions and match me with the perfect bike. All of Coleman's staff was very knowledgable on their stock of motorcycles and bike gear. My bike came fully equiped and with all safety features. I have been very happy with the bike that I baught and have no problems. I have recommended Coleman's to two of my buddies and each of them have had great experiences at the Colemans's at Falls Church. The staff there was very perfessional and were willing to work with them to keep there business. All of us are very satisfied and recommed all of our friends and/or anyone to go to coleman's to buy a bike or for any accessories. more
