The manager is a habitual liar. If you remind her of what she has said she lies and says that she didn't say it. She admits she does not know how to train people. Which is true. She will have you do something one way and the next time have you do it another. Is not consistant in company policies and procedures. Can't keep good help because of this and the fact that she is so immature for her age. She argues with her husband and yells at him so loudly that the customers can hear it.She has been investigated for child abuse and abuse to the handicapped which I cannot see why she hasn't had charges brought against her. She changes employee's time on the computer all the time and the owner never questions her about it. Employees are always shorted on their checks, raises they were supposed to receive are not given when promised. The list goes on and on. I would not recomment this store until the management changes. more

coldstones rocks my socks off. i work there and it is amazing!! the icecream is great, everyone is friendly, we have a convienient location, we're right around a bunch of other sotres like wal-mart(right across the street) gamestop, carmike cinemas, subway, the dollar store, a chinese buffet, idk who put coldstones where it is but they were smart!! we make our icecream, its sort of expensive but i give ppl discounts all the time if theyre nice to me (30%, 15%, 20%, i even gave somone 50% once!) we have everything from sprinkles to butterfingers, all kinds of smoothies and shakes, we make cakes, let you test and try any flavor you want, everything is good good good and fun fun fun!! Pros: the icecream, the smoothies, the shakes, the service, the cakes, everything!!! Cons: sometimes it gets really crowded an i see customers get a adjitated because of that. people have the tendency to hold up lines with big/complicated orders! smoothies/shakes take like 3 mins to make! more
