The addiction recovery centers at UT are good. But I like Cold Creek the most. Seeing uncertainty and hopelessness change to confidence and promise more

Do not go here. I spent $20, 000 and ColdCreek was no help at all. I realized rehab was a waste of time when I went to my first group meeting at Cold Creek and heard all the other residence say that this was their third or even fifth time there. An addict can't be talked out of addiction. Take your money and go to a doctor that specializes in addiction. I have been going to Dr. Erickson for three years now and thanks to Vivitrol I have been clean for over two years. There are so many better ways to fight addiction than a place like Cold Creek!! Ask about their success rate. Like many other places it wont give you a lot of hope. Knowing what I know now I would never recommend Cold Creek or any other place like it to an addict. YOU WILL ONLY BE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY! I PROMISE!! THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU ONLY DICTATE TEXTBOOK COMMANDS THAT HAVE NOT PROVEN TO WORK!! more

I am extremely upset with this facility. My boyfriend was kicked out for 48 hours for using (which is understandable) but they left him on the street in a very vulnerable state, which could have led to death, crime, etc. They whole time he was out Melanie told him to take suboxone to subside his withdrawals. When he returned they told him he wasn?t allowed to come back because he took suboxone in and was peed dirty for it. Melanie made Dakota promise that he wouldn?t tell anybody that she told him to take it. Melanie is not to be trusted! The kid needed help, and they walked out on him after we paid them $18,000 dollars. My boyfriend is a very intelligent person and was a challenge for them and they couldn?t deal with that. This place caused him to lose his job because he wasn?t able to complete treatment but he wasn?t given the opportunity. It was their job to work with him especially after that kind of money. They also threatened to tell his court probation that he is using and in rehab so he would go to jail. They failed him. All I can say to this facility is thanks for nothing! more

I can't thank this place enough for helping me do what is right for my life. My life has done a 180 since my time with cold creek. I am so excited for what is in store for me with my new life. more

This place is such a life changing experience. The people who work here are such great people and are so nice. The relationships that I have formed are awesome. I would recommend this to anyone looking to change their life around. more

This place is so wonderful. They have the best people and staff. They also have wonderful food made from their chef. No let downs at this place. more

Changing my life has been the best thing that I could have done. Cold Creek Wellness has been so amazing at reminding me of the things that I should be doing and how to do them right. With the help of family anything is possible. Awesome family oriented program that is so engaging and helpful. I couldn't imagine going through more

I really felt that cold creek was so good because they were really there to help each individual. They put so much time into everyone as an individual and not as a group. That is one reason I think they are so successful with their patients (individual treatment). more
