Very good 2/9/2016

I think the cleaning of the tiles is something I won't have done again. The dirt seems to be pushed in to the corners and edges of the floor. Otherwise I was very happy with the Coit teams that came to our place. more

Pleased with the work performed although thay lost a pair of tie backs 2/2/2016

I was very pleased with the sales representative and the workmen who installed the drapes. However, they lost a pair of tie backs that were with the drapery panels in the Master bathroom. When I brought this to the attention of the person installing the drapes he said that he would discuss it with the his supervisor , but I have heard nothing further from anyone at Coit. The tie backs were of the same matching fabric as the drapes and I know it would be impossible to match the fabric, but if the tie backs can not be located, can they at least replace them with a fabric that would coordinate with the existing panels. more

Coit restoration did a remarkable job. 1/31/2016

Coit cleaned our bathroom tile and we had a ceiling leak beneath the floor. Everyone associated with the repair was very courteous and professional. My ceiling looks brand new. more

I have used Coit for several years. My carpet is old but of the best quality and cleaned regularly. The young man was very respectful and informative. But I would say 60% of the spots came back in the next few days. In the past only about 10% reappeared. I did not call back because the whole process of getting the carpets cleaned is a hassle (moving furniture, folding back area rugs etc) is difficult. Not sure if his solution was diluted or what but I am disappointed. Yeah and I paid for scotch guard too. more

Soaking wet!!!! 1/25/2016

The person who came was very nice and professional. He did a good job as far as the cleaning went but he said that the carpet should take no longer than 4 hours to dry. But it was soaking wet until the next night, more than 24 hours! more
