In August I had my Ebel watch serviced at Coffrins, full service @ $300 with a one year warranty. Watch stopped working in December. I brought it back under the warranty and was told an analysis would be done and someone would get back to me in 24 hours. Days later I had to call in and was told they were very busy as it was ""season"" and had no idea when I would receive a call. After much complaining, my watch was analyzed and repaired. When I picked up the watch, no explanation was given as to why the watch stopped. When I asked why, the clerk went in the back to the watchmaker who made it crystal clear he did not want to speak to me. He ""granted"" me an audience and proceeded to act like a pompous, arrogant a$$, basically dismissing me with his condescending attitude as little more than an annoyance. So STAY AWAY...yes, there is a warranty on their work but they begrudgingly honor it and treat you like dirt!!
