I've been going to coffee rush for at least 4 years now and the place is wonderful. I usually work from home and it's a great to work from when I don't feel like sitting at home. The people are nice, the view is wonderful and the frost drinks are great. I've noticed that some people have complaints about the way things are run but here's the deal. They provide a service to their paying customers. I noticed at one point there was a group that had brought a pizza from another place and sat down to eat at a time when it was crowded and did not purchase anything. They were promptly kicked out because there were actual CUSTOMERS looking for a place to sit. It's their tables and their location so they make sure it's used for their business. They make sure their customers come first. And let's face it. It is a small shop with a prime location so it's no wonder everyone wants to sit there. This is by far my favorite locally owned coffee shop...without a doubt. Our entire family visits regularly and we have always found the environment welcoming and the baristas knowledgeable and out-going. The owners are some of the kindest and most genrous business owners ever...over compensating at times for any 'glitch' in our coffee making process. In the past...I have rarely had any complaints in regards to my coffee or experience there... but there have been a few times that different baristas have made a small mistake in my/our order...or taken a little longer than normal to get my coffee up. ON those rare occasions, I have received my drink on the house or 2-3 stamps on my coffee card towards a free coffee. I have never felt as if my patronage was not valued to the greatest degree. This place is awesome for coffee shops, i do a lot of traveling and this is by far one of my favorites, the prices are very reasonable, like .35 for a extra shot of espresso in anything, its too bad that others felt the customer service was bad, in my opinion its always been a friendly place and i will always return here. Pros: location, scenery, coffee variety, prices Cons: none that i know of more

Coffee Rush is one of my favorite hangouts in town, for any night of the week. The drinks are great, and the bartistas are fun and personable. The manager, Nathan, along with rest of the crew keep the place running smoothly even on the busiest nights of the week when the line is to the door! It's a family owned and operated business, which really adds to the relaxing environment. There's a beautiful lakeside patio with plenty of seating or cozy indoor seating for those chilly winter nights. Overall, its a relaxing and personal place to spend hours or just grab a delicious cup of coffee if you're in a rush! Pros: great atmosphere more

The coffee was just average, just like any other place, but the customer service was just terrible. Someone needs to teach them how handle customers and learn to be little bit friendly. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Pros: Good view Cons: Awful customer service more
