Worst

I delivered a television under an extended warranty to be repaired. It took Cocas 7 businessdays just to tell me they could not duplicate the failure. I called them.

I had a 46"" Sony TV fail after 2 1/2 years. Emillo of Coca's did a great and professional job in repairing the lcd. He even helped put the tv back on the wall and leveled it although he was not reqired to do so by Sony. I highly recommend him. more

Slow to Respond 12/22/2008

I delivered a television under an extended warranty to be repaired. It took Cocas 7 businessdays just to tell me they could not duplicate the failure. I called them. more
