Cobbler Express Ny Shoe

I went to the Cobbler Express based on reviews I found online. I brought my beloved John Fluevog shoes and another pair of heels. I was amazed at how well they were repaired (I am tough on my shoes, so they had their work cut out for them!). They also went the extra mile to fix something I didn't ask for...at no extra charge. I will trust only these gentlemen with all of my shoes from now on. Pros: very skilled, professional, great customer service Cons: um...none more

I just started working in the financial district and the heel of my favorite boots broke during work one day. So I figured I would take them to be fixed during lunch. I looked online and found Cobbler Express on Wall Street and now it's all I can talk about!! They fixed my boots in 10 minutes while I waited and it was so cheap. That was two weeks ago, and I have since been back two more times with other shoes I've been waiting to fix. I just picked up two pairs today and they have never looked better. I had one pair of heels that I have worn to the point that I figured I would have to throw them away. I brought them in just in case there was something they could do and sure enough, they fixed them beautifully!! On top of it, they remember me each time I come in, even though they must deal with hundreds of people every day. They are truly a wonderful business. Pairs that I thought I would have to throw out have been resoled, recolored to match the hard to match avocado or ballet slipper shades, dents taken out of the point toe tip and now look brand new! The owners and staff are extremely friendly and they charge a fair price! Since I've started going here, I've brought them 10 pairs of shoes! They are the best! Cobbler Express Shoe Repair is one of the best things that came to Manhattan. Located in the heart of the Financial District, they knows shoes from the Executive perspective. Cobbler Express knows the style of the discerning gentleman. I found cobbler express through a recommendation from a friend. I brought them my favored pair of Allen Edmonds shoes that were discontinued. Thinking I had to throw them out, I came to cobbler express for a second opinion and, like a good doctor, they performed some magic on my shoes that turned my tired, worn, but loved shoes into something you could almost display in a storefront. they are THAT good! they basically completely reconstructed the shoe from scratch, replacing all of the worn, thin leather and completely reconditioning and polishing my shoes to the point where they are as good as new but actually BETTER THAN NEW since they are already broken in and accustomed to my feet. Cobbler Express are experts when it comes to shoe repair. I have taken shoes there, which I have had for years, which I simply love, and they are able to work magic to restore them. I took in a pair of beaded silk espadrilles with hand woven straw rope soles, which I purchased on Rodeo Drive. The shoes had since been discontinued, thus I could not simply replace them with a new pair. The silk was ripped on the sides and the soles were in disaray. Cobbler Express secured the sides with a snazzy leather strip and added a sole, which protected the straw. They look amazing!! Why didn't the original designer think to do this!!! They are the best!
