I enjoyed my stay at this hotel overall. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and pretty well-decorated. The stay were friendly and helpful. It is overall nice and quaint....

Coast Village Inn 11/24/2005

This hotel is clean and quaint. I found the room to be cozy and comfortable. The inn is located in the best of neighborhoods, in a very convenient location. The staff at the front desk were nice. The room, however, was tiny and pretty old and used. It was also pretty difficult to sleep during the night because of the noise. The price is a little high for a three star hotel. more

Easy Access 4/4/2005

Stay here to see Montecito on a quick weekend. Get a room in the back where it is quieter and make sure to get coupons for Peabody's next door. I think they used to give breakfast for staying a night. They have a pool and you can walk to all the shops and restaurants on Coast Village Road. more

Nice, quaint hotel in Montecito that is usually reasonably priced. Rooms are satisfactory, but very dated. The friendly staff and casual atmosphere make up for it. more

A gem 2/4/2004

The Coast Village Inn is not much of an ""inn"", but is a gem of a motel. Their standard rooms are small, but service is friendly, the hotel is quiet and private and clean, and the restaurant on the parking lot is quaint. It is close enough to the beaches and shopping district to be convenient, and right down the block from excellent dining at the Cava. I plan to go back. the cost for all hotels in town is high, so value is not much of an issue. Pros: Pretty, Personal, Breakfast Cons: , Value more

Check the specials 12/20/2003

We reserved a room on line for 12/17/03 for $69...regular price $150. When we got there they upgraded us to a $165 room for free. The price included a continental breakfast at the restaurant next door. Pros: location, price, breakfast more

Not that great 8/19/2002

The price seemed high for a larger room that promised a kitchenette. It was really a frig in the cabinet with the TV. They charge extra for a crib. My only two good points are the complementary breakfast and the heated pool. The staff was very kind in letting us swim after 8:30pm. more
