If you're looking for expert service at a great price, go see Mark at CNC. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of buying a Dell laptop and printer through my employer and it turned out to be a HUGE headache when I started having problems. I spent hours working with Dell Tech Support being transferred in every direction... they were all named Mike and couldn't speak a lick of English (No joke!). Finally, fed up, I took my problems to Mark and he had me up and running the same day!! Granted, it was a problem that required a simple solution. But to avoid the hours I spent dealing with Dell over the phone, it's MUCH easier to take it to the experts just down the road who know exactly what to look for. Thanks again, Mark!
