I love this place. the trainers, staff, instructors are all friendly and encouraging. clean environment with enough towels for days. Great spin classes to kick anyones workout into high gear. love the spin instructors. the tvs with individual controls are also great. You can spend an hour on a treadmill before you realize it watching your favorite movie. more
