Not a licensed facility 10/18/2010

Because of zoning, this establishment is not licensed by Washington County and is, therefore, for reviewed for the usual issues that should be considered when leaving a pet for safe-keeping: cleanliness, safety, etc. Operated out of a house in a residential neighborhood, this makeshift care facility should be heavily scrutinized before leaving one's dear pet. more

Oh the Lovely Lilly... 7/15/2008

There couldn't be a better place to leave your dog. The lovely owner/mistress is a total sweetheart who has a way with our dog, Duke. Lilly speaks dog language and is utterly in tune with our boy. You'll never dream of leaving your dog anywhere else again. If you consider your dog a full-fledged family member, this is the only place in town you should consider. Pros: Personal attention to your dog's every need. Cons: Not a one. more

Our dog loves Club Mutt 4/13/2008

We have used Club Mutt for several years and could not be happier. I think our dog prays for us to go on vacation. He gets personalized attention and all the play he could ever want. The owner matches dog to other dogs they play will well and supervises them carefully. She knows each dog's character and preferences and figures out what they need to feel most at home. And it's like a resort--even in the rain our dog comes home extremely tired and blissed. She is also great in emergencies. There is no one I would trust my dog with more. more

Does not work on Sundays. 4/3/2008

I went to visti the place to see if I would leave my dog there or not. The lady was nice enough but a little forgetful. The house was a complete mess, she told me it was spring cleaning time......I am not too sure. The outside was dirty and she told me that she does not work on Sundays and if I wanted to pick my dog up on Sunday I would have to call her up before and she would be waiting for me at the door since the neighbors complain about the barking. more

It's a Dog Hotel....Just like the name implies! 3/10/2008

We have been using Club Mutt anytime we've gone on vacation without our dog for about 2 years. This is an amazing set up. It's like putting your pet in camp for the week. The ""guests"" have the run of the house and yard, each dog has an assigned bedroom and Lily (the owner) provides lots of love. Our dog comes home relaxed and happy each and every time. Lily is also very flexible in emergency situations and is an ex nurse so she doesn't turn away an animal currently sick or on medication. The price is very reasonable and you get way more for your money since it's like dropping your dog off to live with a good friend instead of a ""boarding"" them in a 6x6 kennel for days on end. You will be offered a tour of her environment first before you actually drop off your pet, so check it out and you won't be disappointed. Pros: It's very homey because IT IS a home. Competitive price. Flexible owner. Cons: For us, it's only the distance from our home, but we're willing to drive it for the quality care. more

Like being at home or better. 3/18/2007

My dog seems excited when we visit Club Mutt. It?s a large 6-bedroom place and I think the dogs can live in any of them, or just wonder the rest of the house or large yard. The owner (Grand Ma) really seems to love her work. She is really good with my dog. She even gives me a report card on how my dog behaved. Pros: No cages just a large house and big yard. more
