Recovery Service - Water Removal 5/19/2009

I received a call immediately and was able to get Charles to come out and take a look at the water in the crawl space and give me an estimate right away. He was available the same afternoon and within hours came out and removed the water. He was professional, courteous and friendly. I really enjoyed working with him. I would recommend Cloud Nine Systems to anyone who needs this type of service. more

These guys are great! I was stuck out of state when I learned we had a flooded basement. Cloud Nine worked with me to schedule the earliest possible time when I could be there and they had the place cleaned up and ready for next steps quickly and professionally. They explained to me what they were doing each step of the way and included me in the process. I would recommend these guys without hesitation! They have done a great job so far and I will likely use them for the restoration work as well once I get the go ahead from the insurance company. Cloud Nine provides professional, high quality services with great personal attention! more

My sectional has never been cleaner. He spent an hour cleaning it. Kind, friendly and timely service. Spots were removed from the carpet which made it look nearly new. more

I found this flood cleanup company on an internet website and read many reviews I was sold.. I scheduled them and they arrived within 1 hour. The crew was uniformed and very efficient explaining how the flood cleanup would take place and how long the process would take. If you need flood clean clean up in chicao or nothern illinois then i recommend that you call Cloud Nine Systems. Pros: Fast response time Cons: flooded basement more

Very Professional, work was performed efficiently and if there was a problem with a stain I was informed immediately and asked to look at it. Some stains weren't removed. He was nice, but seemed to be overwhelmed. Was surprised that starting at 5:30PM meant finishing late and that it would be dark. He should have lights with him and better drying choices. more
