Clinton Electric Co. were amazing to work with. I used their services twice because I had to have lights and extensions installed in my home. They were very good when I called; extremely prompt, their scheduling was prompt. The first time I had issues and they couldn't find the problem, but the service person who came went above and beyond and didn't stop his work until he found it, even though I told him it was okay - this was on Christmas Day exactly! I asked for him the second time around because he was so good. All in all excellent service and communication, these guys really care about the work that they do and the quality of their service is top notch. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable electrician. more

I strongly encourage other people to call Clinton Electric because everything they did was great. The guys were very knowledgeable, knew what they were doing, and did a fantastic job. They installed a 22 kw emergency Generac generator that has given us the service we need the two times we have used it already. We had a storm here last night and the emergency generator is great. more

I'm very satisfied with everything Clinton Electric Co. has done for me over the years. They've repaired my electrical system a number of times and most recently they came to repair a lamp. The on and off switch wasn't working so they pinpointed the problem and fixed it in no time. They're really good and reliable, I would recommend them to anyone. more

Clinton Electric Co. did a good job and I would recommend them. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and I haven't had to call them back. They have done a number of things--like carbon monoxide smoke detectors and repairs on some stuff like electrical outlets in buildings. Their response time is good and they are responsive. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service. The electrician was on time and knowledgeable about his craft. He was able to answer questions, provide a cost estimate, and adjust his schedule with the office to accommodate the date of service. The office does an amazing job from contacting you the day prior to the scheduled service date, to letting you know the approximate arrival time of the electrician, and providing you copies of the permits acquired. I would strongly recommend this electrical company and would use them for any future work. more

Clinton Electric Co. fixed a sparking wire in my apartment and everything went well. They were friendly with my tenant and I and we have no complaints. I recently had the folks over at Clinton Electric come over to fix some stuff for me and I am very happy with the results. They were really easy to schedule an appointment with which was a big relief for me. I really appreciated that they called prior to coming to give me a heads up of when they were coming and it was within the time slot I was assigned so that was good. When they came they did a really great job and now my electrical problems are no more! I was having a little bit of an issue with some of the electrical wiring in my house and the guys over at Clinton Electric helped me out. I scheduled an appointment and the technician they sent out was right on time which was good. The guy did a real nice job and as he was working he explained what was going on as he was doing it which I appreciated. There were no surprises and nothing blew up so for me that rates out as as good as it can get! more

There was a lot of coordination that had to be done, and Clinton Electric Co. handled every detail with the whole house generator--from appointments for plumbers to permits from the city. Everything was smooth. We dealt with two ladies in the office who made the appointments very smooth. Fortunately, we have not had a power failure since it was installed. It comes on weekly to take care of the motor and it is fine. Their price was slightly high but worth it. The service was easy to book, and I was overall very pleased with the company's office staff and technicians. I've recommended Clinton Electric Co. to a friend of mine. more

The people over at Clinton Electric really do a wonderful job of keeping their customers happy. I had them come by to set something up for me and the guy they sent, Chris I believe his name was, was just an absolute gem. He did a great job with installing what I needed done, and when I had an issue a couple weeks later he was right back out to my home to fix it. These guys are just spectacular and Chris just does such a wonderful job, I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone and everyone! more

We had Clinton Electric do a complete overhaul on our electrical system. They got it done on time and the project went wonderfully. Their prices were reasonable and the customer service was exceptional. The guy Luke who actually did the work came two days in a row and he was really wonderful. He really helped out when we lost all electricity and I couldn't find the power cords in the house. I had to go out and buy 24 pounds of ice to keep the refrigerator and freezer cold, and he was kind enough to help me bring all of it in. He was even considerate of our two dogs as he was bringing it in. Christina and the other young lady in the office went out of their way to assist us. They made sure they called back when they said they would, in a reasonable amount of time. They really listened to what we had to say and were not dismissive. They did whatever they could to help us, offering whatever discounts they had available. I liked that they gave us options and let us take our time and choose- they were not pushy or impatient. They walked us through the project and let us know what was going on. They were really kind, patient, and understanding. They even called back today to follow up and make sure everything was going well. I would rate Clinton Electric very highly; as a matter of fact, we just got a policy for the whole year so if anything else goes wrong, they are the first ones to know. They do their job well- and then some. They are really personable, with an old-timey, family feel. We were really pleased with Clinton Electric and they are great to work with. I would recommend them to any of my friends, family, or neighbors. more

Clinton Electric Co.'s service was good and everything, but their prices were way too high. I called them because we had this hot water maker and it didn't work. There was an outlet under the sink that didn't seem to have an electric current. Clinton Electric's serviceman came out, found the problem and corrected it. It was like $300; OK, that was acceptable. While here, we asked him to hang a lamp from the ceiling. They charged $146 for the lamp assembly and $151 for the lamp hanging. The serviceman was very good and he knew what he was doing and did it. We just found the price for the lamp assembly and hanging too high. more

I have used Clinton Electric on 3 separate occasions for basic wiring repairs, and mounting a flat screen TV (they ran all the necessary cables through the wall so they aren't visible. All the technicians are knowledgeable, friendly and polite. The service charges are clearly explained in advance and are reasonable. I would recommend to friends. more

Clinton Electric Co installed a 240-volt charger for my electric car outside, and an outlet. I really liked Luke, the service person. He was excellent. He was very professional and efficient, and he tried to wear paper booties to protect the carpeting. The technician could not have been better- he was very knowledgeable about the products and the installation was well-done. I liked the fact that it was one person who came out to give the estimate and was the electrician who installed it. Their prices are a little high, but I joined their service club and got a little discount. The quality of the service makes the price worth it. I have used them before, and I come back because Clinton Electric is a very professionally-run company. Everything in their operation, including the people in the office, is very good and very efficient. more

Well, we used Clinton Electric Co. when we got a generator that needed service and a big snow storm was coming. I was impressed that they were able to get out the same day and service the generator before the storm. And we were not previous customers of theirs, we were brand new customers so that was very fabulous. They were timely and very very professional, extremely professional. I would absolutely use them again. I think that pretty much sums it up: they were responsive and were able to fit us in even though they were very busy, because everybody wanted the same thing. more

Great service. Was able to schedule service for following day and the tech even came earlier than the planned time. He was knowledgeable and did a good job. Only issue was price, I needed to get the job done sooner than later, so I agreed to the quoted pricing. Only suggestions I would give is the company revisit their 'straight forward' pricing and not have their techs strong sell their Safety & Savings Plan. If they tweaked these two areas, I think they would generate even more business. Regardless, I was happy with the overall experience. more
