It took 3 visits over 6+ weeks to restore function to my natural gas powered Kohler generator. Tech was extremely nice but appeared to lack experience with this brand. Initially...

Excellent customer service 1/10/2016

The technicians were extremely efficient and knowledgeable. They made sure that we knew and understood everything they did. They made sure not to disturb anything unnecessarily and restored everything to it's former state. We were well pleased with their work and would highly recommend Clinton Electric to friends and family. more

Would definitely have them back again. Very impressed with the service person who installed our overhead microwave. Arrived on time, made quick work of the installation, cleaned up whatever he felt needed to be cleaned up. He was personable and was a great representative for his company. more

Renews my faith in business 11/7/2015

I want to take this opportunity to thank Clinton Electric for coming to our rescue. The technician Chris was able to come over within minutes of booking the appt. he was friendly and professional and got right to work on our complex wiring system. The job was completed quickly and the price was fair. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that provides excellent customer service and a professional job. I had Clinton Electric install a portable generator and switching equipment. They were very timely, came out pretty quickly after estimate, did the work when they scheduled it, and it was done right the first time! more

Pleased with the experience: informative, courteous, and respectful work habits of the technicians! 8/3/2015

The technician who came to my house from Clinton Electric Co., Chris Kehr (I believe that's his name), was very respectful and courteous. He explained the problems in very simple terms that we could understand. He had to replace some wires in the circuit breaker box because we had a bathroom light fixture flickering and the light had grown dim. But, in the process, he found a burned out wire in the circuit breaker and took his time to set the other wires to make sure there were no other burned out wires. He went above his duty, cleaned up the work area, and just appeared to do a good job! more

If I was not invested in my current career, I would drop everything and go apply for a job with this company. I have been completely satisfied from the start. Shelley was immediately helpful, respectful, knowledgable and FRIENDLY! She made me feel like I mattered as a customer. Kris, the man who actually came out and gave me the estimate, is an amazing human being. He was not only competent and skilled in this specific trade, but he was kind, interested in my life and the life of my house, and more than anything else, POSITIVE! I left my meeting with him feeling better than I have felt in awhile. I would recommend this company to any and all in need- As someone who has worked with MANY contractors in my time, this company was by far one of the best. Thank you, Clinton Electric!
