Editorial review from Citysearch 3/29/2014

I was a patient at Clinix for just about a year. This is the worst Clinic I have ever been to! The staff was rude, I kept geting charged for services that I never had, I would never get my blood work results, and it was dirty inside. When I went to go switch clinics, they wouldn't send my medical records over to my new doctor afer sending about 3 requests. more

Editorial review from Citysearch 12/10/2012

I have been a patient at Clinix for many years; lately the practice has gone downhill... in fact it fell off a cliff. \r \r I am diabetic and had blood tests ordered by an endocrinologist at another practice. I asked the lab to add another test while they were my drawing blood which they did. Anyway, the lab took the extra blood vial for the test and told me that I needed my ""regular"" provider to call in an order for that specific test. So I called Rachelle Webster at Clinix, left a message and assumed it was handled. A week later I got a letter from Rachelle telling me that they had been trying to contact me (untrue, I have one phone that records each call and had no calls or messages). Her letter also said that she didn't order the test since I hadn't been to the office for a year. Huh? The blood was already DRAWN, it was a routine test and it cost MONEY out of my pocket, was wasted and would have to be REPEATED. I was quite unhappy. \r \r So-- I went ahead and made an appointment with Rachelle for a check-up. Seemed like extortion to me; she didn't need to see me to tack on a PSA blood test to some other blood work. She just needed to bill me and had LOTS of available appointments to fill. So I made the appointment anyway, was stuck in traffic and was 10 minutes late. When I got there, I signed in and the receptionist was on the phone and had several people in line paying bills, etc. and when she finally told Rachelle I was there it was 30 minutes past my appointment time. I had read an entire magazine on the death of Larry Hagman by then... The receptionist told me I needed to reschedule--- I WAS FURIOUS. So I left a voicemail for one of the owners--- did I get a return call? No. So then I tried to send her an email and their website crashed several times. Will I return to Clinix... unlikely. more

Our whole family signed up with Clinx 4/19/2012

Our whole family signed up with Clinx when our PA moved after another practice closed. At first, service was great, then a little over a year ago we started noticing a downhill degradation of service. At first it is was messages never getting to our PA or seriously late, like a few days, followed by rude employees that would raise their voice at you over the phone making you question why you called them in the first place. Recently I had an MRI, this was on a Friday. The facility told me to expect a call from my physician the following Monday. Monday came and went, Friday was now approaching and still no word. I called the facility where I got the MRI and was told the results had been sent exactly as I had first been told. So, I decided to wait and see how long it was before I got the results. By the following Friday I had still not received word so I called them that afternoon and had to leave a message. Later that day I received a call from my PAâ??s assistant telling me that she had just received the results. As of more recent, our PA has decided to leave Clinx and recommended another PA. We called first thing Monday morning to make an appointment with the PA and had to leave a message. Well, it is now Thursday and no return call. Like our previous PA, the message probably never got delivered. We called and did get a live person on the phone and complained about the service and was told â??Well, thatâ??s the first time Iâ??ve ever heard that!â??. Needless to say we are now looking for a good family practice. more

Not impressed 6/9/2010

Apparently this place used to be better than it is now. I have gone only three times in the past year and each time saw a different person because the PAs or NPs keep ""disappearing"". Although the clinic offers an all-in-one location (blood work, physical therapy, doctors, nurses, classes, supplement store, yoga and more). \r \r When you call for information, it is not unusal to get different answers from different people depending on who you talk to. Nurse says should have bloodwork results STAT. After calling for results, other said bloodwork is done but not reviewed by doctor yet. Called back again next day and another says blood work is not complete. Of course blood work results dictate next set of tests.\r \r Oh well. Will find another clinic/dr office for better medical care and treatment. Pros: Lots of employees so you usually can get an appt w/someone. Cons: Overall not good customer service or care more

Great Care 6/8/2010

I really like Dr. Meyer at clinix. He is the whole family's doctor, from my husbands parents and sister to my husband, me and our daughter. He is always straight forward, cares a lot about his patients, great care, prompt appointments, gives informational packets at almost every appointment, etc. I also recently started using their chiropractic services to correct my straight neck, and that's going well too. One drawback, they have been out of at least one immunization for my daughter at least 3 times. However, one time I was given a phone #, address, copy of my immunization records to go to another clinic at no charge, and the other times my account at clinix was credited with my copay so that I could come back for free to get the immunizations. So, can't complain too much. Pros: Caring and knowledgeable, good care, prompt appointments Cons: Out of vaccines a couple times more

Clinix? 5/27/2010

I had an interview at clinix a couple months ago with the founder/owner. It was my first serious interview since graduating college so I prepared way more than necessary and was very excited. He basically put me down from the start of the interview and came off as a very conceited person and basically tried to kill my self esteem and hope for finding a job. During the course of the interview he told me a lot about the position and it basically seems like a underhanded business. The position would be to basically give people the couseling they required that is paid for by their insurance, but then try to convince/trick them that they needed more help and they should continue to come to clinix and pay out of their own pocket. I sent a thank you note the very next day and have tried to follow up a few times since never with any sort of reply. Since this time I have been on many more interviews and just seeing how other people/companies have handled the interview process really made me realize how terrible they handled the whole process. This information combined with the previous review caused me to create an account here just to bring this to light. If you are seeking treatment in this area go to sport and spine it is way better and the people are polite and provide a higher quality of treatment. Pros: Call themselfs a one stop shop Cons: Rude, condecending, combined with poor service more

Was once good, has really gone downhill 1/29/2010

I used to receive pretty good care at Clinix, but something has changed, and not for the better. Recently, I was billed for a flu shot that I never got. Then, I was told that it was possible I could have cancer. They sent me in for an ultrasound, and they received the results that same day. That was on a Tuesday. By Friday afternoon, they had still not called with the results, even though I called them several times begging them to call me and let me know. \r I ended up calling another doctor, who got my results and called me within 30 mintues to let me know that everything was ok. Really? You tell someone they might have cancer, then never call to tell them they are ok? \r I will never, ever return to Clinix. Pros: one stop shop Cons: Follow up has become nonexistent more
