Is it just me, or are there more people out there having issues with take out? Doesnt seem to matter where in Clifton Park....
Once again, Order was picked up, Got home, Order was incorrect. Tried calling, but they stopped taking calls before closing time. I am soooo tired of not getting what I paid for..may seem petty, (until it happens to you constantly) but take out is expensive & supposed to be convenient, and this is happening on a regular basis no matter where we go...I know we should take the time to empty the bag, open the containers, unwrap, peel back the burger bun, etc on our seats before leaving...and check our orders, but it's so easy to forget since the it's supposed to be a Convenience and just want to get home and eat. The result: Deal with the item that they left out, eat the incorrect order, pick out what you didnt order, or my favorite...drive back, get the correct order while the other food sits and gets cold, add more mileage, wear- n-tear , waste more gas, waste more time, (by then an hour goes by)and get "sorry" as the 18+ manager shrugs their shoulders acting like your wasting their time, over something that should've be done right in the first place!
I dont think the order is being taken down wrong...Once its cooked, its packaged without double checking.
Maybe takeout and curb-side wasnt such a good idea!
Pros: Normally Good
Cons: Need to start double checking orders before being passed on to PAYING CUSTOMER!
