Chris Given, the owner of this ""business"" has given his word that he would refund $1,200.00, and I've been waiting a year. My son, who has a advertising business, made a deal with Chris that if Chris would refund my money that my son would give him FREE advertising. Chris agreed and after the printing was completed and my son was to pick up my check, Chris emailed him and told him that he, my son, would be escorted from the premises if he showed up. Is this man someone you would do business with? more

IRS problem solved for Good 2/6/2011

We found the guys at CLG from a friend that used them for an audit with the IRS. They solved the tax problem and also found some additional problems that were overlooked on 2007 and 2008 tax returns. They ammended the returns and this significantly reduced our tax liability. Very impressive as the other nationwide firm didn't find anything that these guys did and it saved 25 K on our balance. Thanks CLG for helping solve our tax problem. more

We have had a great experience with the guys at CLG. They wrapped up our case fairly quickly and filed all the past returns. Tax problems can be difficult and thye did a fabulous job in resolving our tax issue. more

Thanks for stopping the levy. Yes we knew we owed the IRS and we knew that eventually they would come calling. We didn't know where to turn and after 3 firms wanted too much money, we turned to CLG. They explined to us that it would take time and there wasn't a ""magic solution"" and finally worked out a deal that was affordable with the IRS. Their fees were 20% less then the competition also. more

GREAT FIRM!! 11/3/2010

Only 1 complaint issued by the BBB and it was removed. Use a local firm everytime. The BBB says they are A- rated and the explanation given to us from CLG was everyone starts at an A-. They told us that there was 1 complaint filed on them and the BBB dismissed it. We felt that was an honest assessment. more

Helpful and Timely!!! BBB rating A- 11/3/2010

We found them and it was on the BBB recommended Tax firms. They were A- rated. The BBB says they had 1 complaint filed and according to the BBB it was dismissed for administrative reasons. The company said that is exactly what happened and we checked and verified the complaint. It was filed by someone named Pat G. under an assumed name of ""Pilars"". more

Dishonest 10/28/2010

This is suppose to be a ""professional service"" that implies that what you discuss with the business will stay private. I can testify that this is not the case. Chris Given, the owner, has posted my name, address, email address and my unlisted phone number. He has also posted my late husbands name and his i.r.s. issues. more

Just returned from Allen, office of CLG, and discovered that Chris Given is a good businessman and really cares about his business. I'm a female and am I not allowed to change my mind?? more
