Northeast Ohio has the longest pathway exclusively designated to hiking, stroller-pushing, in-line skating and bike riding.
I love to walk the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail. It is the third most heavily visited national park in the country. The parks trail is more that 27 miles long and it's paved. The plant life is lush and expect to see all kinds of nature. I love to get up early when not many people are on the trails so I can really enjoy walking and take in the scenery. They have many benches along the way and every couple miles you can find restrooms. This is the best bargain in town, it's free.
