Enjoyed my experience, but found out after the fact that I had been mislead that the vehicle I bought was a model year older than what I was told. I bought a 2010 F-150 Supercrew that I was told was a 2011 model. I still enjoy the truck, but I definitely would have not paid as much as I did had I known the true age of the vehicle.\r more

We Take our 2013 New Explorer to Clyde to get it service and we have our 2006 F150 Lariat serviced Also... We know over the past years we can trust Clyde that our vehicles will be taken care and serviced right. Joe met me and greeted me and ask if he could help. He was very professional and advised me of approximately how long the service would take. His time was very close which made me happy to complete the service. I had tires for life and he told me to come back the next day and the tires would be here and they would put them on the van. I brought it back the next day and they completed the change of tires, balanced them and made the road trip in a reasonable time. Thanks Joe.\r more

The Best service 3/14/2014

We have tires for life. While on vacation we had to buy a replacement tire. Upon return home we visited Larry Hill Ford for routine service and a new set of tires. Even though the tires were defective, the tire manufacturer did not want to replace our tires because they still had tread. Larry Hill Ford reimbursed us for the cost of the replacement tire, put a new set of tires on the vehicle and provided a rental car at their expense. more

Do Not USE this dealership. The finance Manager Madji Awad called me on my personal cell phone to offer me a job. It is scary to think they let someone like this be their Finance Manager! My husband is in the military and we provided a ton of private information needed to approve the loan, my husband has a secret clearance and we are now concerned with what other things this person can do with our personal information???? They have made us sign our paperwork three times, each person giving us a different reason. more

I came in to the car lot knowing what I wanted and Lee was extremely helpful and listened to what I wanted. Lee was extremely knowledgable about the vehicles I was looking at. I had a very small amount of time to spend looking at cars today and Lee was able to compress all the transactions and paperwork into as little time as possible. Majdi at the same time must have worked some sort of magic as he was able to get me a very low interest rate in about fifteen minutes. Majdi and Lee both had stellar attitudes and helped me to feel fully confident of the decision I was making. I would definitely recommend these individuals at this car lot to anyone seeking a car. more
