We have used the service depatment several times. We received the type of service you would expect from a Ford dealership. Quality work at a somewhat high price. They are effecient and we always get the vehicle back in a timely manner. The people there have always been friendly and we always get a customer service phone call a few days later checking to see how we felt they were doing. more

I recently purchased my New Truck from Liberty Ford. I was tired of shopping around at all the metroplex city dealers and found this dealership on the internet. I was looking for a particular truck and they seem to have a very good selection. I called! I spoke with a friendly sales person who did everything I asked. I set an appointment. When I arrived their I was suprised that the vehicle I called about was there. I remembered the time I drove over an hour to a dealership on a Truck, and just as I got there. It was all of the suddened ""Sold"". I claimed it was ""Bait and Switch"" like some credit card companies do. However, This time the truck was there. It was exactly as described and even ready on the porch for our appointment. The people where very nice and very easy to deal with. Thumbs Up! Way Up!
