The very best office cleaning service in Las Vegas. They gave us a work scope that was just the start of what they did for us. They insisted they wanted us to be ""happy."" We have hired them for all our Las Vegas building maintenance and floor stripping and waxing. Our crew is detailed, uniformed, and polite. They show every single time for our nightly cleanings. This company is the most professional I have ever known. I recommend them whenever I get a chance. Ten stars. more

Floor Scrub Polish and Sealing 2/7/2012

CBM did our post construction clean and serviced all the floors. They knew a lot about floors and are very good cleaners. We liked their pricing and we were not disappointed by their work. Tenant space was over 20,000 square feet and they did all their work in a tight time schedule. Did wonderful job on vinyl floors, terrazzo floors, and marble floors. Use extractor to clean carpets. We would for sure hire these professionals next time around. more

Carpet Cleaning Pros 10/30/2011

Clearwater Building Maintenance scrubbed and extracted our office space of 25,000 square feet of carpet and stripped and waxed our kitchen VCT floor. The crew did a a really terrific job. The supervisor kept us informed of the process and told us exactly what was involved in the work and what to expect. They did it in two shifts to accommodate our telemarketing department that worked late into the evening. They brought in fans to rapidly dry the carpet and used a carpet deodorizer to make our whole office smell clean and fresh. The best thing was the price. This company charged us much less than we paid in the past. We will have them clean our carpet every 6 months. I am definitely sold on them. Cleaning Las Vegas is their motto. I see why they are the premium office cleaning service in Las Vegas. more

Las Vegas Office Cleaning 9/7/2011

We just started with the company. They are really good office cleaners. The janitors work hard. The office cleaning supervisor takes of our details. They just waxed our vct floors and power cleaned our ceramic tile. Window cleaning next. Shampooing carpet is one of their offers. Cleaning offices every day takes a strong work ethic. These office cleaners and janitors and porters are cheery and energetic. Best janitors! Maybe best at cleaning offices in Henderson and Las Vegas. more

Fantastic Cleaning Company 8/12/2011

Met three of the managers---the general manager, the operations manager (looks like Richard Gere) George, and operations supervisor Maricela. They listened to our complaints and issues with our current cleaning service. They were matter of fact and gave us great advice. They told us it didn't matter if we hired them or not that they would still help us with suggestions and ideas to have a cleaner office space. We have a large office and these people have done all they said they would plus a little bit more. They are friendly and answer straight. We like the ""personality"" of the company. And, they do what they say they will do. I am very happy. more

The team is nice and the boss is educated. They know what they are doing. They take the time to explain things. They do not cut corners. They do what we ask. This will be nice and easy for us. They are floor experts too and have cleaned our carpets three times now. Better than other cleaners we have had in the past. We will do business with them because we like the way they operate. Is easy for us to deal with. more

Floors, Shiny Floors, Really Clean Floors! 2/22/2010

They did our floors and the floors look marvelous. We had them strip and wax 10,000 square feet of vinyl tiles. The floor preparation took most of the time and they worked hard to get the rust stains and old wax off our tiled floors. The results were certainly amazing. The crew didn't take short cuts (4 coats of hi-grade wax), were extremely professional, worked hard, and kept us informed. I can't believe I am this excited about a floor maintenance company. I Thought All Janitor Services Were The Same! 1/17/2010

Janitors are the same so just go with the lowest price. WRONG. I have learned this is JUST NOT TRUE. I have learned this over and over. Clearwater Building Maintenance has earned our trust and my loyalty. I will not bid out their services. I want their loyalty. I need their loyalty. Most people don't NEED a janitor, but it's definitely a service that makes my day a heck of a lot better. You Don't Have To Follow Up With This Company 1/10/2010

They promise consistency and they deliver. I called to make sure they were coming as scheduled. I soon learned this wasn't necessary. They are always one step ahead of me and take care of the cleaning before I even have a chance to bring things to their attention. They leave me notes! They tell me what needs attention, what needs fixin, and what they'll do on the next visit. This company even fixes things! And change filters! The best. Service Service Service 12/15/2009

It is really hard to get good service. So when you get it you should embrace it. Don't let it go. People are too quick, sometimes they don't listen, and everything is rushed. I have had good luck with Shelly and Lorraine. They want to do what we want, what we need done. No complaints. They do what they need to do. They have never missed a night. And our office smells so much better than it used to. The bathroom doesn't look like a busy, messy room. The trash doesn't sit around. The microwave is disinfected. It is all of these little things that are a really big thing to us. So we vote for Service and that is what Clearwater is to us. Pros: They care Cons: They really care more

These people are the best cleaners 12/13/2009

We have had other services clean our building. This is the last one for us. We can't imagine making a change in the future. The company has great employees who are friendly and conscientious. They really do care about doing the job to make the customer happy. And the operations manager and general manager really do want us to be satisfied with their service. We are. I totally recommend them to any building owner or business owner who is tired of getting average (or even bad service) or bad service. Six stars. Pros: Thorough. Detailed. Makes my job a hell of a lot easier!!! 8/24/2009

I've worked as a property manager for almost 20 years now in numerous locations in Southern Nevada and the Bakersfield area. My experience has taught me that choosing the right cleaning service for one's commercial property is VITAL in keeping healthy tenant relations(for it makes my job much easier.) Clearwater Cleaning has done just that and more, and I regularly get emails from tenants who are simply amazed by the work these people do. Unbelievable Job 6/30/2009

This company, led by the unbelievable Daryl Haskins, a well respected businessman himself, made my office sparkle. It literally looked like we had just gotten major renovations. My wife and all of my colleagues were stunned. I can't recommed this company enough, I've tried out many local cleaning companies for the cleaning of my business and this is head and shoulders above the others.
