Great food!!! 9/19/2009

Never been to Nac and went to visit a friend. We had lunch here and I was impressed. It's the perfect place to grab a meal. The atmoshpere makes you feel like you're in some little old town and the food tastes like good ole home cookin grandma used to make. If you drive into Nac, you have to stop here to eat. more

World Class Onion Rings 8/20/2009

This is the best restaurant in town!! The location is hidden but if you ask a local they will know where it is! The catfish is fried to perfection and what they are known for. It is some good country style food and home cooking without actually having to cook it yourself. That's always a plus! Pros: Atmosphere, Food Cons: Hidden location more

Great Food! 3/28/2006

We have eaten here a few times and every time are pleased with the food and service. The food isn't world class or even something that you rave on and on about when you leave and prices are average, but it's good food nontheless and leaves you satisfied. I'd say it's a great place to eat, you won't be disappointed, just don't expect to go and have the meal of your life. It's very good, but not exceptional. more

Not as good as OLD people say 5/26/2004

I went to college in Nacogdoches and all I can say is that out of my 4 years there I only ate at Clear Springs 3 times. The food is alright, but the service sucks. It is mostly college students who wait tables. The clientele is mainly locals who frequent the establishement. If you really want some great food, go to San Miguel Mexican Restaurant on South Street before the loop. Pros: lots of parking Cons: , mostly fried food more
