I ordered Clear Home phone and just found out that it does not work with Security monitoring system. Be careful and do your homework like I should have. more

I am in Seattle, and I use Clear as a mobile internet for my laptop. I regularly get 10+ Mbps on speedtest sites, and I haven’t experienced much in the way of bad coverage (outside of a few areas with lots of hills and valleys). more

I used to use ""other"" internet providers but then I tried CLEAR and was blown away by the excellent service as well as the value! I will never switch back. It’s a CLEAR choice who to go with!!! more

I get consistent coverage of at least 3Mbps. Clear internet service does offer VOIP. I currently use it at home, and reception is flawless. more

Clear internet blows. STAY away, the service is NOT ready for primetime. In the past couple months congestion has gotten really bad during peak hours you will be wishing you had a 56k modem (yeah its that bad). Also, in past couple of months they have been atrocious about maintenance. For a while you could almost count on losing your connection entirely at 1:00am. UNACCEPTABLE more

Unlike a few of the other posters I never had a problem with having a signal. I am literally across the street from the water tower they use to broadcast the signal, 30 yards from the tower at the very most. Everything went fine with them for the first 14 days of service with them when they offered the money back guarantee however less then a week following the time when I could have gotten a refund I started suffering major download speed issues. more

Absolutely terrible service!!! NEVER has been as good as they advertised it to be. When I first got it, I had to call about 10 times and spent HOURS on the phone, moving the wireless modem all over the house and garage,unplugging and replugging the modem to reboot it, and sticking it in every window in the house trying to get enough lights to show. When this failed and I was about to cancel the service, they scheduled an appointment and had a technician come out who found a decent signal in my picture window, but that was borderline, and lately(change of seasons) it has gone from good/bad to almost uniformly bad! more

well i have had at&t in Atlanta for over 5 years and every month the service has been down for days i work from home and need my internet so i started looking for new internet service and called Comcast and they want you to bundle everything or they charge you an arm and a leg so then i saw that clear was in Atlanta went online talked to the CS and they told me the tower was 1 block from my house i looked out the office window and yes i see it so i told them i need to think about i came back to DSL REPORTS read every post about CLEAR and then i ordered it it came in 1 day i got the home service and the mobile service unlimited $55 a month the home service came by FedEx the usb for mobile came UPS took like 5 min to get it all up and running i am running 2 Macs an xbox 2 magicjacks and my dish off of the home service and it all just WORKS oh plus on the home service my box is getting 5 lights so that is good well i hope CLEAR keeps working for me so far i like the service more
