Completely Reliable 11/28/2010

Clear seems noticeably faster than our Earthlink DSL, and the connection has been completely reliable so far. Earthlink's connection had been failing to recognize our computers every time, finally the connection went away entirely, and then the company wanted us to pay for shipping and to commit to one year more of service to replace a faulty modem. I had been their customer for more than 14 years. I'm very pleased with Clear so far, and we get way more phone features than we did with AT&T, and for $14 less a month. more

Happy and satisfied 11/26/2010

I was able to watch True Blood online last night since I don't have HBO at the new place. I'm just happy that I'm no longer with Comcast and my home internet is now faster than my cell phone!!! more

Thanks for the horrible service 11/23/2010

I have been a clear customer for 3 months now and i have yet to sustain an internet connection for longer than 20 minutes. I am on my 3rd modem, and still have no fix for my problem. Thanks for the horrible service. more

I have the best internet server in my place. CLEAR really has a clear internet service.Every week I wait for my favorite show and I stream online. Never was a time when I had to wait for a long time for it to load. Excellent connection! more

I just think it’s super fast. It’s never ever gone down for me…so far it’s been a great savings for us as well because we don’t have to have the home phone. We’re saving about probably $40 a month. more

Clear is totally slow 11/3/2010

My clear is so slow I checked 4g coverage before buying I have 4g but when I try to watch a vid it keep stopping thank god I did not get the contract deal my cell phone broadband was faster than this. more

A new internet service provider is making quite a splash here in San Antonio. Its green and white signs are everywhere -- they even have green and white ""Clear"" flags attached to cars driving around town. more

perfectly fine 10/29/2010

if you aren’t a heavy internet user, Clear is a great option. I can’t speak for the Norcross area, but if you get service similar to mine, you should be perfectly fine. Of course, you will want to get a trial and make sure it works in your house, because signal definitely can vary house-to-house, even in good coverage areas. more
