It used to be Gaylords, my mom used to go there all the time. I hope she doesn't anymore. I brought my things in to be drycleaned and the guy was kind of not customer service oriented but not rude either....he was just....there.
DON'T get alterations done here, I asked to fix the him on a pant leg and it was horrible. They tried to make both legs look the same but the seam is already coming apart.
Also, the drycleaned items were really pungent. I don't remember dry cleaned clothes with such a strong smell.
