DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY! This company is anything but honest. I got ripped off for over $4,000.00. Was told by an employee they were with the BBB in good standing & this was far from the truth. I had an emergency & called The Cleaner Image because they were local & what an expensive mistake! more

Called company to clean my air ducts. Made appointment for a Saturday and gave me a price of $10 a register (10) and $129 for the a/c unit itself. They called the morning of service and said someone will be out to discuss my service. First flag, i thought we had already discussed price but went a head with service. A salesman came to my home and inspected my a/c unit, ducts and registers. He said they were in real bad shape, maybe the worst he has seen??? Mold, meldew and dirt built up over years. So he wrote up a service order for EVERTHING that I needed to clean my ducts and a/c unit. You quessed it $1,500. In shock but worried about the air in my home I agreed to a price of $1,100. I know what a deal right!!! Well i paid for the service (another error on my part) and Mr salesman left with the project to two of his workers. On the way out he said better watch these guys they may just leave the vacum on and lay in your bed!!!! I thought he was kidding, he was not!!!. I watched them as much i could running between the guy inside cleaning the ducts and the guy outside cleaning my a/c unit. Seemed like they knew what they were doing, so gave them some space, wrong move on my part again. Thirty minutes later they are done??? I asked them about the meldew remover spray and everything else the salesman promised. The one guy seemed mad, but he went back out and got some spray and sprayed my ducts and that was it, they were gone!!!! On his way out he said if I had problems with the service or lack of call the office. I did and spoke to someone who said they will call me back, still waiting on that call back! Bad service, did not do half of service items discussed and agreed on. I sure learned a lesson on this Saturday and it was an expensive one at that!!!! more

I have a hard time finding reputable businesses that do honest work, but luckily there are companies like this one. I had a couch that was so dirty I considered throwing it out. The arms had dark streaks and the cushions had all types of stains from juice to ravioli courtesy of my 2 year old. When they arrived to clean I knew the price was going to change a somewhat from what they told me over the phone. It wasn't really a surprise because they told me I would need the chemical treatments for the stains. Randy and his assistant were very knowledgeable and worked quickly. I really liked the fact that the office knew who they were sending to my home rather than some random contractor like most companies because I don't just like anyone in my house. In the end the couch looked great! I was so shocked they got it to the condition it is now in, it almost looks new. These guys really know their stuff. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who wants quality professional work done. more

We have called over 4 times seeking resolution over a service issue from more than a month ago. One of the bedrooms, the main area treated for pet odor, smells like mildew. The tech stated it was going to cost $250 instead of the $99 advertised offer due to the chemicals they would have to treat a 10x8 room (which most of the room was furniture so it was more like a space of 4x6.) We advised we could only pay $150 and he said he had to call his boss. After he got off the phone, he said he would do it for $150 but just not write down what he did. more
