This is a drop off laundry service that I used frequently a few years ago, and never had any trouble them them, but something has gone sour here. I dropped of a comforter and mattress pad and returned 5 days later to pick them up. But they had LOST THEM. Worse yet, I had to ask the attendant for my receipt back, so I could have them to track them down, since she had thrown it in the trash. I had to force the uncaring attendant to actually try to look for my stuff, which she and the young girl who actually washed my items preceded to do with a great lack of enthusiasm! Then attendant told me they needed more time and that they would call me. They did not check my account to verify the phone number. I called an hour later and they said they needed to talk to the manager and then get back to me. They assured me that my stuff had not left the premises. Yeah sure. I gave them my current number and they said they would call me. They called a few days later and told me they had given my items to a lady who lived in the mountains and had a similar order with many items. They said they had spoken to the woman and she would bring them in when she was in town. It's now a week later and they still don't have my items!!!!!!!!!!! I just called and they said they'd have to talk to the manager...give them another hour. I will NEVER, EVER, EVER use the place again. And I find myself concerned that my items will even be clean and bug free when I get them back, as I know nothing about the woman the sent my laundry home with by mistake! I find the to be a very sloppy business if they can't keep track of my 2 items! I don't recommend them at all. -- actually it gets worse. My items were donated by the woman they gave them too so I can't even get them back. The owner wants to reimburse me with store credit. No way! Avoid this place.
