Haven't bought a car from them but I have had service work done. Put my vehicle in for recalls and problem\r I was having with car. After fixing the recalls correctly, they first said they could not find any problem with the vehicle. After picking up the vehicle I drove the car less than 4 blocks and the vehicle did the same thing. I turned around and returned the car to them. After 4 days they called and told me it was a module and vaccum part. I agreed to replace parts at a cost of almost $1900.00. Paid them and drove the car 3 miles and the same thing happened again, so I called them and told them it was doing the same thing. They agreed to pick up the vehicle with their towing service at no charge to me. They kept the car another week and called to tell me it was the brake boost and master cylinder and it would cost me $1400.00 but would not charge any labor bringing it to $748.00. Then when my wife called them, they told her it would cost $1678.00 and would not remove the labor charge. We had to get and attorney involved and the haven't called us back nor the attorney. We spent 2 hours trying to get our car from them so we could find someone else to look at this vehicle. I WOULD NOT LET THEM FIX ANY VEHICLE FOR ANYONE. more

Buying this car from Clay Cooley Suzuki was the best decision I have made in a long time. You made my family feel at home. I recommend that anyone who has been to dealerships with false promises and games playing to try Clay Cooley Suzuki in Dallas I enjoyed the whole experience… They work hard and get the job done… Thanks everyone at the dealership! more

great deal and treated well 5/15/2010

I just got back from Clay Cooley Suzuki in dallas and I have got to say that was the best experience I have ever had. I’m not from here I moved to Texas just a month ago but where I’m from we don’t get that kind of treatment- Now that they're Suzuki i'm sure its a whole different ball game under new management.. whatever the case I was treated well. My daughter bought a new car clay cooley west side hyundi she traded in an 2004 f150 ford pickup.she bought this car on the 8th of sept. and as of the 2nd of oct. it hadn't been paid off.now the payment is past due on the truck and the bank is calling my wife for the money because she signed for my daughter.it has gone against her credit because clay cooley hasn't payed it off.sept 27th i called them they said the payment had been sent in that day.as of yesterday oct 1,the bank hasn't received the money.the also haven't gotten the tags for the new car yet.this is the second paper tag she has.I wouldn't ever do business with them again.I co-signed for my daughter on this one.she has a payment due on this car and the bank wants their money on the other one.BUYERS BE WARE. more

Worst company. Liars and thieves. 9/19/2007

Promised to fix car when I bought it, but then did not when I brought it back in for repairs. Refused to repair. They said I did not have the I Owe form. The salesman said it was not really needed and they would do the repairs; do not worry about it. I should have worried about it. And the manager lied and said that was never said. He was not there when it was said. Do not trust them. They lie and laugh about it. Pros: none Cons: lie and don't back up what they promise. more
