Horrible customer service at the front and also over the phone. When you call them it would put you on hold right away without asking. Waited for minutes and minutes without answer. Walked in and Brought my dog early in the morning and the front lady didn't seem like happy and asked me unpolitely my dog's name. I feel like she wanted not to accept my dog anymore! Keller is a growing and very nice area. I'm hoping someone around in the area will put up an another pet salon very soon! Will not bring my dog there anymore! more

Horrible Groomers! 3/22/2013

Horrible Family owned Groomers!\r March 21, 2013 Horrible!!! Choppy is not the word! Butchered!! 3rd time I gave this company a chance to redeems themselves, but this one I can not let go! I just posted her before and after! I went back next morning to talk the owner, I showed him the before photo, he said quote: how do I know she looked like that before? Also said he gave her the hair cut! I said, then you should know how beautiful she was before you gave her the butcher job! He said, have nice day! Ugh go to www.kudzu.com to see more photos! more

Bad Groomer Beware 1/12/2012

Please Beware of this groomer. After several times using her services, we took our dog back for a groom to try it again but it happen to us now too many times. The shaves were ruined. sHe didn't follow the requested cut we asked for and instead cut all the dogs hair off. It's choppy, uneven, and even shaved in areas. The Dogs have to wait 5 hour no place to go to the bathroom Its sad they can't put up a fence in back yard And that's not even the worst of it.the hair in the ears was not all pulled out . When we asked owner about this she had a no care responce,. I would never trust another animal in her care. My recommendation is to avoid this groomer at all costs and the price is too high... Excellent Service 11/15/2011

First time to this pet salon and we (my dog & Myself) loved it! My shih tzu is VERY nervous in new places and around new people and for once, she went straight to the groomer's arms without shaking and when she came back to me after grooming, she was not shaking and had no issues at all. The group at Classy Cut's is friendly, professional and very clean atmosphere. They treated my baby like she was their baby and the cut was perfection. Classy Cut Pet Salon is a great place. 1/1/2010

They came recommended from 24 Hr Pets and I am so pleased we tried them out. It was hard to find a good groomer. Prices were reasonable, staff was friendly. more

Classy Cut Salon - Love it 12/25/2009

I started taking my pups here when the place next door started selling puppies (I am not a supporter of puppymills)... My boys always come home looking and smelling great (even their breath). more

Classy Cut Pet Salon 8/9/2009

I took my German Shepard in for a bath and deshed. The staff was great and my dog was clean and happy. Prices were reasonable. Will be back again soon! more
