Classy Chocolate

I love this place and so do all my guest everytime I order from them. The first time I went in 3 years ago I went in with a crazy idea for a cake for my daughter's Birthday. It was better that I would have imagined. It looked great and tasted even better. The next time I went in was for my nephew that was getting home from Childrens Mercy. He had been there for 2 months and we were going to have a welcome home party. I went in to them and wanted a large 3D cake. It was the best ever. Everyone was so impressed and wanted to know where I got the cake. The price was great got what I got also. I go to them for everything and will never go anywhere else again. Everyone is always so nice and I have never had a bad thing from there. I would tell anyone to go here if they want a good cake or treats for any occasion. more

My friends have used them before with great success. The cupcakes I ordered were awesome looking...except for 5. I ordered 40 with a certain design and red icing. When I picked them up, 5 had pink icing. Owner said I don't know what happened...let them air out. This is for my baby shower and I didn't want pink. They weren't very understanding and wanted me to basically ""deal with it."" After going back and forth a while, they ran my card. They said it was declined so they ran it again. When I finally noticed the price was wrong they ran it again, but without the discount of the wrong colored cupcakes. When I called my bank, they declined charge went through. So I got charged 3 times for $40 cupcakes at the wrong price. Hopefully it will get made right when it's all said and done. Like I said, 35 out of 40 cupcakes look great. Customer service.....horrible!!! I hope they were just having a bad day. Regardless, it's wasn't acceptable how they treated me. more

Everything about this place is great from the chocolate dipped pretzles and marshmallows to the freshest dipped strawberries. A must try. Pros: food Cons: nono more
