A wonderful Sales person 11/11/2010

My Family has used this company since the mid 1980's for a total of 5 headstone's without any issues. The saleswoman at the North office worked with my family in our time need with a courteous and sympathetic manner. She explained about the time it would take to allow for ground resettlement and said it would take around 6 months before the stones were placed depending on the weather and ground conditions. more

The Sales Associate Gloria Arns, has the worst possible attitude for a customer service sales rep. Awful, Awful, Awful. She has no idea how to work with greif stricken familes. Especially ones that dont have a lot of money. I guess Money makes the world go around, and smile! Pros: None Cons: Service in General more
